Accessing the client hub:
Our client hub is only for existing WaveOrtho users - so it requires that you create an account to access it. Please use your work email for creating your account.
- If you sign up and your domain matches an existing practice we can approve your access to the WaveOrtho content much more quickly. If you use your personal email or if your work email doesnt have a unique domain we will need to do additional verification before approving your access.
- Once you have created an account we will receive a notification to verify your identity - once we have verified your identity we will grant you access to the resources!
FAQs
How do you verify my identity?
- If the email you create your account with is part of your company domain that we can match to an existing client - that is all we will need to approve your access.
- If your email domain does not match an existing client - we will try and match you to an existing user within that database, but when that isn’t possible we will reach out to the office to verify your employment with the practice.
Is there any cost associated with the Client hub?
- The Client Hub is a FREE resource for WaveOrtho Clients.
Should everyone on my staff create an account for the client hub?
- Yes! Through your WaveOrtho Client Hub Account your team will be able to access training content and Wave Resources.
